Buffalo Chicken Wings
Crispy American-style wings coated in spicy chili sauce, served with creamy ranch dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 800 g Turkey wings
- 150 ml Buffalo hot sauce
- 50 g Butter
- 200 g Sour cream
- 150 g Plain yogurt
- 15 g Fresh dill
- 15 g Flat parsley
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- selon goût g Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 bunch Celery sticks
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the ranch sauce: mix sour cream, yogurt, dill, parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
Step 2
Pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika and garlic powder.
Step 3
Place wings on a baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 20-22 minutes until golden and crispy.
Step 4
Melt the butter, add the hot Buffalo sauce and mix well.
Step 5
Remove wings from the oven. Dip them in the hot Buffalo mixture or brush generously.
Step 6
Serve immediately with fresh ranch sauce, celery sticks, ice and napkins.
