Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked shrimp
- 2 piece Crispy baguette
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Daikon radish
- 50 ml White vinegar
- 60 g Mayonnaise
- 1 piece Fresh red chili
- 15 g Fresh cilantro
- 10 g Sugar
- 5 g Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the carrot and daikon radish. Mix with vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the red chili very finely. Mix with the mayonnaise.
Step 3
Open the baguettes lengthwise. Spread generously with the spicy mayonnaise.
Step 4
Distribute the cooked shrimp on each baguette. Add the drained pickles. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
Step 5
Serve immediately while the bread is still crispy.
