Soft and spicy Korean rice cakes in a sweet and savory gochujang sauce. A popular and addictive snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
- 300 g Korean rice cakes
- 3 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 clove Garlic
- 2 piece Green onion
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Korean chili flakes
Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet, sauté minced garlic in a little sesame oil for 1 minute.
Step 2
Mix gochujang, sugar, soy sauce, and water, then pour into the skillet.
Step 3
Add the rice cakes and chopped green onions.
Step 4
Stir well until the rice cakes are tender and the sauce thickens.
Step 5
Plate the dish and garnish with sesame seeds and chili flakes.
