Pan-seared sole fillets with brown butter and fresh lemon juice. A simple and elegant dish.

Ingredients
- 400 g sole fillets
- 60 g butter
- 30 g flour
- 1 piece lemon
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 3 g salt
- 1 g white pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pat the sole fillets dry with paper towels
Step 2
Lightly flour the fillets and shake off excess
Step 3
Heat the butter in a skillet until foaming
Step 4
Pan-fry the fillets 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown
Step 5
Transfer fillets to a plate, drizzle with brown butter and fresh lemon juice
Step 6
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately
