A tangy Philippine broth with pork ribs, daikon radish, sweet potato, green beans, and spinach, infused with tamarind leaves for a unique flavor.

Ingredients
- 700 g Pork ribs
- 300 g Daikon radish
- 200 g Sweet potato
- 150 g Green beans
- 100 g Spinach
- 150 g Onion
- 4 clove Garlic
- 25 g Fresh ginger
- 30 g Tamarind leaves
- 1200 ml Water
- 30 ml Soy sauce
- 5 g Salt
- 3 g Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Blanch the pork ribs for 5 minutes, drain, and rinse.
Step 2
Sauté garlic and ginger in oil for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add pork, water, and tamarind leaves, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Add daikon, sweet potato, and green beans, and cook for 12 minutes.
Step 5
Add spinach, soy sauce, and seasonings, and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Serve in bowls with the broth.
