Ingredients
- 1 liter Beef broth
- 400 g Beef slice
- 300 g Rice noodles
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 cm Ginger
- 2 piece Star anise
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 50 g Roasted peanuts
- 30 g Fresh herbs
- 2 spoon Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Dry roast the onion and ginger to release their aromas.
Step 2
Bring the broth to a boil with the spices, onion, and ginger.
Step 3
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
Step 4
Arrange the noodles in bowls and add the hot broth.
