Ingredients
- 500 g Lamb
- 250 g Basmati rice
- 3 piece Onion
- 5 clove Garlic
- 3 cm Ginger
- 2 piece Green chili
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 4 piece Cardamom
- 4 piece Cloves
- 4 piece Banana leaf
Instructions
Step 1
Brown the lamb with onion, garlic, and ginger
Step 2
Add cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves, cook for 5 minutes
Step 3
Cook the rice separately and mix it with the lamb
Step 4
Divide the mixture into portions and place on banana leaves
Step 5
Fold the leaves and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
