Gazpacho
A refreshing Spanish cold soup made with tomatoes, cucumber, and bell peppers. Perfect for summer—crisp, cooling, and utterly satisfying.

Ingredients
- 800 g Ripe tomatoes
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 piece Red onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 50 g White bread
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 300 ml Cold water
- à goût g Salt and pepper
- une pincée pinch Espelette pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, and onion into rough chunks.
Step 2
Soak the bread in a little cold water to soften it.
Step 3
Blend the tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and bread until smooth.
Step 4
Pour into a bowl and add the vinegar, oil, lemon juice, and cold water. Mix well.
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper, and Espelette pepper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
