Gado-Gado
A vibrant Indonesian salad with cooked and fresh vegetables, fried tofu, and a silky peanut sauce.

Ingredients
- 300 g Plain tofu
- 250 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrot
- 200 g Cabbage
- 150 g Cooked beet
- 100 g Peanuts
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Chili pepper
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Steam the broccoli and carrot for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the tofu into cubes and fry until golden.
Step 3
Blend the peanuts with garlic, chili pepper, sugar and lemon juice.
Step 4
Add a little warm water to the peanut sauce.
Step 5
Arrange cooked and fresh vegetables on a platter, add tofu and sauce.
