Bulgogi
Thin slices of beef marinated in soy sauce, sugar and garlic, grilled and served with rice and stir-fried vegetables.

Ingredients
- 600 g Ribeye steak
- 80 ml Soy sauce
- 40 g Brown sugar
- 6 clove Garlic
- 20 g Fresh ginger
- 30 ml Sesame oil
- 150 g Asian pears
- 800 g Cooked white rice
- 150 g Bean sprouts
- 150 g Leek
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the beef against the grain. Prepare the marinade with soy sauce, sugar, grated garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
Step 2
Marinate the beef for 15 minutes (or longer if possible).
Step 3
Grill the beef in a very hot skillet or wok, 3 minutes per batch. Set aside.
Step 4
Quickly stir-fry the bean sprouts and leek cut into matchsticks for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Assemble bowls of rice with the bulgogi and stir-fried vegetables.
