The classic Brazilian chocolate candy made with sweetened condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder, rolled in sugar pearls.

Ingredients
- 1 can (397g) Sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 100 g Sugar pearls
- 50 g Grated dark chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
In a pot over medium heat, pour the condensed milk and add cocoa and butter.
Step 2
Stir constantly for 8-10 minutes until thickened and pulling away from the sides.
Step 3
Pour onto a buttered plate and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
With buttered hands, shape into small balls and roll in sugar pearls.
Step 5
Place in paper cups and refrigerate.
