Bibimbap
An iconic Korean rice bowl with assorted vegetables, egg, and spicy gochujang sauce. Mix everything together before eating for a delicious result.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked white rice
- 2 piece Eggs
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 2 piece Carrots
- 150 g Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 100 g Bean sprouts
- 3 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Blanch spinach and bean sprouts separately for 2 minutes, drain and season with a dash of sesame oil and soy sauce.
Step 2
Slice carrots and zucchini, stir-fry in a pan for 3 minutes. Stir-fry mushrooms separately for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the eggs fried or soft-boiled according to preference.
Step 4
Divide the hot rice between two bowls.
Step 5
Arrange all the vegetables and egg on top of the rice in an appealing pattern, place gochujang in the center.
