Rinse the quinoa. Cook it in 200ml of salted water for 15 minutes until the liquid is fully absorbed. Set aside.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and garlic. Cut the broccoli and asparagus into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the curry powder and stir for 1 minute.
