Cut the paneer into 2 cm cubes. Crush the tomatoes. Mince the garlic finely.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Brown the paneer cubes for 3 minutes, turning as needed. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, add the crushed tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until a sauce forms.
