A rich and spicy Malaysian soup with rice noodles, shrimp and fish in a coconut and spice broth.

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp
- 250 g White fish fillet
- 300 g Rice noodles
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 600 ml Fish stock
- 5 clove Garlic
- 4 piece Shallot
- 3 piece Red chili
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 cm Ginger
Instructions
Step 1
Make a paste with garlic, shallot, chili, turmeric and ginger.
Step 2
Sauté the paste in oil for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in stock and coconut milk, bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add shrimp and fish, cook for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Cook noodles separately, arrange in bowls and pour the soup over them.
