Gado-Gado
An Indonesian salad of cooked and raw vegetables with peanuts, tofu and hard-boiled eggs. Served with a rich peanut sauce.

Ingredients
- 200 g Plain tofu
- 150 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Green beans
- 100 g Bean sprouts
- 0.5 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Tomato
- 2 piece Eggs
- 4 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 piece Dried red chili
- 1 clove Garlic
- 150 ml Warm water
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Boil eggs for 10 minutes, peel and set aside.
Step 2
Cook cauliflower and green beans for 5 minutes in boiling water, drain and cool.
Step 3
Prepare sauce: mix peanut butter, lemon juice, soy sauce, ground chili, pressed garlic, water and sugar.
Step 4
Fry tofu cubes until lightly golden.
Step 5
Arrange cooked and raw vegetables, tofu and hard-boiled eggs on plate and drizzle with sauce.
