Ingredients
- 8 piece Eggs
- 800 g Onion
- 2 cm Fresh ginger
- 3 tbsp Red chili
- 5 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 4 piece Cloves
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 100 ml Clarified butter
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 300 g White rice
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the eggs for 10 minutes until fully hard-boiled, then peel them.
Step 2
Heat the clarified butter and sauté the chopped onions until caramelized.
Step 3
Add garlic, ginger, chili, and spices, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the water, add the whole eggs, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with steamed white rice.
