Ingredients
- 600 g Beef
- 4 piece Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 10 g Espelette pepper
- 20 g Fresh ginger
- 5 clove Garlic
- 3 g Fenugreek
- 3 piece Cardamom
- 40 ml Peanut oil
- 30 g Tomato paste
- 200 g White rice
- 200 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the eggs for 10 minutes, peel, and set aside.
Step 2
Slice the onions and cook over low heat without oil for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Add the oil, beef, and spices, cook for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Add tomato paste, water, and eggs, simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Cook the white rice and serve the stew over it.
