Buffalo Wings
Crispy chicken wings coated in a spicy hot sauce made with peppers and vinegar, served with creamy ranch dressing.

Ingredients
- 1200 g Turkey wings
- 150 ml Hot sauce
- 3 tbsp White vinegar
- 60 g Butter
- 1 l Frying oil
- 150 g Flour
- 50 g Cornstarch
- 1 piece Egg
- 150 ml Cold water
- à to taste Salt
- à to taste Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 100 g Mayonnaise
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a batter by mixing flour, cornstarch, egg, water, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 2
Heat the oil to 170°C. Coat the wings in batter.
Step 3
Fry the wings in batches for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Step 4
Drain the wings on paper towels.
Step 5
Melt the butter, then add the hot sauce and white vinegar.
Step 6
Toss the hot wings in the sauce in a bowl until well coated.
Step 7
Prepare the ranch sauce by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 8
Serve the wings with the ranch sauce on the side.
