Ingredients
- 40 g Dried hibiscus flowers
- 1500 ml Water
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 piece Fresh lemon
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 2 piece Cloves
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil with the ginger, cloves, and cinnamon.
Step 2
Add the hibiscus flowers and let steep for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
Step 4
Add the sugar, lemon juice, and salt, and stir well.
Step 5
Chill and serve with ice cubes.
