Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water until half-cooked (about 6-7 minutes). Drain.

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and boil in salted water for 8 minutes. Drain.

Prepare a béchamel sauce: melt the butter in a pan, sprinkle with flour and stir for 1-2 minutes. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking until thickened. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the crème fraîche to the béchamel. Mix well.
