Soft Korean rice cakes coated in spicy and sweet sauce, topped with melted cheese and hard-boiled eggs.

Ingredients
- 300 g Rice cakes
- 3 tbsp Gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 piece Eggs
- 100 g Melted cheese
- 3 piece Green onions
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 100 g Ground beef
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the eggs hard-boiled for 10 minutes, then peel them
Step 2
Brown the ground beef in a pan, set aside
Step 3
In the same pan, mix together gochujang, sugar and broth
Step 4
Add the rice cakes and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender
Step 5
Add melted cheese and beef, stir until the cheese melts completely
Step 6
Serve with halved hard-boiled eggs, green onions and sesame seeds
