Chapli Kebab
Spiced Pakistani kebabs made with ground beef, potatoes, and herbs, fried until crispy.

Ingredients
- 400 g Ground beef
- 200 g Potato
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 clove Garlic
- 2 piece Green chili
- 50 g Fresh cilantro
- 30 g Fresh mint
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Ground coriander
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the potatoes, mash them, and let cool.
Step 2
Mix the ground beef, mashed potatoes, and diced onion.
Step 3
Add the garlic, chili, herbs, spices, and egg.
Step 4
Form 12 oval patties with wet hands.
Step 5
Pan-fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
