Korean marinated and grilled beef with a sweet and savory sauce, served with rice and various accompaniments.

Ingredients
- 600 g Beef for grilling
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Brown sugar
- 5 clove Garlic
- 2 cm Ginger
- 1 piece Asian pear
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 4 piece Green onions
- 300 g White rice
Instructions
Step 1
Blend pear, garlic and ginger to create the marinade base
Step 2
Mix the paste with soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil
Step 3
Thinly slice the beef and marinate for at least 20 minutes
Step 4
Cook the rice according to package directions
Step 5
Grill the marinated beef over high heat for 2-3 minutes per side
Step 6
Serve with rice, sesame seeds and green onions
