Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut broccoli into small florets and cook by steaming or boiling for 8 minutes.

Dice the ham and arrange the drained broccoli in a baking dish with the ham.

Make a béchamel sauce: melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, mix well, then gradually pour in water while stirring.

Add 80g of grated Gruyère to the béchamel, season with salt and pepper. Pour over the broccoli and ham.
