Ingredients
- 200 g Dry red beans
- 200 g White rice
- 2 piece Eggs
- 150 g Ground white corn
- 100 ml Milk
- 50 g Butter
- 2 piece Avocados
- 100 g Red onions
- 1 piece Fresh red chili
- 20 g Fresh cilantro
- 5 g Salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the canned red beans for 10 minutes with spices and onions.
Step 2
Cook the white rice in salted water.
Step 3
Prepare the corn dough with milk and butter, shape into small cornbread loaves.
Step 4
Pan-fry the cornbread until golden.
Step 5
Fry the eggs in a pan.
Step 6
Make a spicy sauce with onions, chili, and cilantro.
Step 7
Assemble the platter with all the components.
