A festive Colombian platter loaded with rice, red beans, beef, pork, eggs, and fried plantains. A hearty, complete meal representing regional gastronomy.

Ingredients
- 200 g Ground beef
- 250 g Pork ribs
- 200 g White rice
- 300 g Cooked red beans
- 2 piece Green plantains
- 2 piece Eggs
- 1 piece Onions
- 2 clove Garlic
- 400 ml Chicken broth
- 8 cl Sunflower oil
- 5 g Salt and cumin
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in the broth with one-third of the minced onion and garlic.
Step 2
Fry the peeled plantains cut into strips for 8 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Brown the seasoned pork ribs for 12 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4
Brown the ground beef with the remaining onion.
Step 5
Warm the red beans over low heat.
Step 6
Fry the eggs sunny-side up.
Step 7
Arrange all the components on a large platter alongside the rice.
