Georgian cheese bread with melted cheese filling, baked until golden and crispy. A delicious snack and a staple of Georgian cuisine.

Ingredients
- 400 g Wheat flour
- 250 ml Warm water
- 300 g Fresh cheese
- 200 g Sulgun cheese
- 7 g Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 g Butter
- 1 piece Egg
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough by mixing flour, water, yeast, salt, and olive oil.
Step 2
Knead for 5 minutes, then let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Mix fresh cheese and grated Sulgun cheese for the filling.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 4 portions, roll out, and fill with cheese.
Step 5
Fold the edges up and brush with melted butter.
Step 6
Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden.
