- 200 g Spaghetti
- 80 g Gruyère
- 1 tsp Black pepper

- 2 L Water

Bring salted water to a boil in a pot

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions

Finely grate the Gruyère

Drain the pasta, reserving 200ml of cooking water

Toss the hot pasta with grated cheese and pepper, gradually adding the cooking water to create a creamy sauce
