    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the carrots into small dice.

    Cook the penne with the carrots in a pot of salted water for 10 minutes. Drain.

    Prepare a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, mix then gradually pour in the milk. Let thicken for 3 minutes.
