Mince the onion and garlic. Peel and grate the carrots.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the ground meat and cook thoroughly, breaking it up as it cooks (5-6 minutes).

Add the grated carrots and crushed tomatoes. Season and add the herbs. Simmer for 15 minutes.
