    Cut the broccoli into small florets. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the broccoli for 8 minutes, then the spinach for 2 minutes. Drain well.

    Prepare a béchamel sauce: melt the butter in a pot, add the flour and stir for 1 minute, then gradually pour in the water while whisking.

    Let the béchamel thicken for 2 minutes. Add half of the grated Gruyère and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
