Pour salted water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the quinoa and cook covered for 15 minutes. Drain any excess water.

Peel the apples and cut them into 1 cm cubes.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the apple cubes and cinnamon, cook for 5-6 minutes until lightly caramelized.
