Boil the cauliflower florets in salted boiling water for 8 minutes.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the powdered cheese, and mix well to make a béchamel sauce.

Slowly pour in the water while whisking to create a smooth sauce. Let it thicken for a few minutes.
