Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Steam the broccoli for 8 minutes.

Make a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, mix well, then gradually pour in the milk while whisking. Let it thicken for 3 minutes.

Combine the cooked pasta, broccoli, and béchamel sauce. Add 100g of Gruyère, season with salt and pepper.
