Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt and the pasta. Cook according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, cut the ham into small dice and sauté it for 2 minutes in a pan with olive oil.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

Drain the pasta, reserving 200ml of cooking water.
