Finely mince the onion and celery. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and celery for 3 minutes.

Add the ground meat and brown for 8-10 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.

Stir in the cumin, paprika, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
