    Cut the halloumi into 1 cm thick slices. Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus and halve the cherry tomatoes.

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the halloumi slices for 2 minutes on each side until golden. Set aside.

    In the same skillet, sauté the asparagus for 4 minutes, then add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes until they burst.
