Cut the zucchini into half-rounds and the bell pepper into small dice. Rinse the clams.

Heat the olive oil in a pot. Sauté the bell pepper and zucchini for 4 minutes. Add the crushed tomatoes, oregano, and 200 ml water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8 minutes.
