Cut the halloumi into 2 cm cubes and slice the zucchini into half-rounds. Drain the corn.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the halloumi for 2 minutes on each side until golden. Set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the zucchini for 4 minutes. Add the corn, cumin, and Espelette pepper, cook for 2 minutes.
