Cut the paneer into 2 cm cubes. Mix with 1 tsp of tikka spices and half of the yogurt. Let marinate for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Pan-sear the paneer cubes for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Mix the remaining yogurt with the remaining tikka spices.
