Boil the eggs for 8 minutes. Cool and chop them finely.

In a pan, sauté the chopped onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, paprika and cumin. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain the tuna and add it to the tomato sauce. Add the chopped egg, parsley and lemon juice. Mix and let cool.

Unroll the puff pastry. Cut 12 squares. Fill each square with the filling, then fold the corners.
