Mexican-Style Vegetarian Wraps
Colorful wraps filled with grilled vegetables, apples, and a touch of Mexican flavors. Fresh, quick, and very satisfying.

Ingredients
- 200 g Potato
- 150 g Broccoli
- 100 g Carrot
- 1 piece Apple
- 2 pieces Gluten-free tortillas
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 150 g Canned red beans
- 1 piece Tomato
- 1/2 piece Avocado
- 1/2 piece Lime
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Chili
Instructions
Step 1
Cut potatoes and broccoli into small pieces, and slice carrots.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables in a pan with oil for 10 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Drain the beans, dice the tomato, avocado, and apple into pieces.
Step 4
Warm the tortillas and fill them with vegetables, beans, tomato, avocado, and apple.
Step 5
Drizzle with lime juice, add chili, roll up, and serve.
