Avocado and Beet Wraps
Colorful and flavorful wraps featuring roasted beets, avocado, fresh celery, and a squeeze of lemon. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Beet
- 1 piece Avocado
- 100 g Celery branch
- 4 piece Tortillas (wheat)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 0.5 piece Lemon
- 100 g Fromage blanc
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the beet, slice it thinly, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the celery into sticks and slice the avocado. Drizzle the avocado with lemon juice.
Step 3
Lightly warm the tortillas in a skillet or oven for 1 minute on each side.
Step 4
Assemble the wraps: spread fromage blanc on each tortilla, then add roasted beets, avocado, and celery.
Step 5
Roll the wraps tightly and serve immediately or wrap in aluminum foil.
