Mexican Chicken Fajita Wraps
Delicious wraps with marinated chicken and grilled vegetables, topped with spicy sauce. An easy and tasty Mexican classic.
Ingredients
- 350 g Chicken
- 150 g Carrot
- 100 g Broccoli
- 4 pieces Tortillas
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 200 ml Spicy tomato sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into thin strips, and the carrots and broccoli into regular sticks.
Step 2
Prepare a marinade with lemon juice, paprika, cumin, and salt. Marinate the chicken for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly until golden and cooked through.
Step 4
In the last minute, add the carrots and broccoli to the skillet and stir well.
Step 5
Warm the tortillas slightly. Fill each tortilla with the chicken and vegetable mixture, add a drizzle of spicy tomato sauce. Roll and serve.
