Mexican Tuna and Guacamole Wraps
Savory wraps filled with tuna, mashed avocado, cheddar and fresh vegetables. A light and delicious lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 2 piece White tortillas
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Tomato
- 50 g Lettuce
- 60 g Grated cheddar
- 60 ml Crème fraîche
- 0.5 piece Fresh lemon
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the canned tuna and flake it into a bowl.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and mash the flesh with a fork. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Wash and dice the tomato. Shred the lettuce.
Step 4
Mix the tuna with a little crème fraîche, salt and pepper to season.
Step 5
On each tortilla, spread the guacamole (mashed avocado), then add the tuna-crème fraîche mixture, lettuce, tomato and cheddar.
Step 6
Roll the tortillas tightly, cut diagonally in half and serve immediately.
