Mediterranean Vegetable and Feta Wraps
Fresh and colorful wraps filled with carrots, celery, avocados, fresh tomatoes, and feta cheese. A balanced and delicious meal.

Ingredients
- 2 piece Wraps or tortillas
- 150 g Carrots
- 100 g Celery stalks
- 1 piece Avocados
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 80 g Feta cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 piece Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Mediterranean herbs (thyme, oregano)
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and cut the carrots into julienne, and slice the celery into thin batons. Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh. Squeeze lemon juice over to prevent browning.
Step 3
Spread olive oil and herbs on the wraps. Add the carrots, celery, tomatoes, and avocados.
Step 4
Crumble the feta on top, season with salt and pepper. Roll the wraps firmly and serve.
