Mediterranean Wraps with Avocado and Cheese
Colorful and indulgent wraps filled with creamy avocado, fresh cheese, crunchy vegetables and a touch of tomato sauce for a comforting lunch.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Wheat tortillas
- 1 piece Avocado
- 100 g Cream cheese or goat cheese
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 1/2 piece Cucumber
- 3 tbsp Tomato sauce or coulis
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and mash the flesh with a fork along with a drizzle of olive oil and seasoning.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce into julienne or small pieces.
Step 3
Lightly warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave (1-2 minutes).
Step 4
Fill each tortilla with tomato sauce, cheese, mashed avocado and vegetables, then roll up tightly.
Step 5
Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
