Ham, Avocado, and Fresh Cheese Wraps
Delicious and balanced wraps filled with ham, avocado, fresh cheese, and fresh vegetables. A light yet satisfying meal, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Wraps (wheat tortillas)
- 100 g Ham
- 1 piece Avocado
- 80 g Fresh cheese
- 100 g Carrots
- 1/2 piece Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into sticks on a cutting board.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh.
Step 3
Drizzle the avocado with lemon juice to prevent oxidation.
Step 4
Lay out the wraps on your work surface and spread a base of fresh cheese on each one.
Step 5
Add the ham, avocado slices, and carrot sticks on top of each wrap.
Step 6
Season lightly with salt and pepper, roll up tightly, and cut in half diagonally.
