Chicken Curry and Avocado Wraps

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast
- 4 pieces Wraps
- 1 piece Avocado
- 100 g Carrots
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0.5 piece Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the chicken and mix it with curry powder, oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Cook the curried chicken in a pan or wok for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Meanwhile, slice the avocado and cut the carrots into thin sticks.
Step 4
Assemble the wraps: spread the curry chicken, add avocado and carrots, and squeeze a bit of lemon juice.
